I know after I installed the OS update it warned me that some of my software applications were not optimized for use. It’s like Apple didn’t even realize that there is oensington problem.

See this on the DisplayLink site: They’re so focused on making a sale they’re ignoring supporting their current users. I forgot to tell you that this affects my external monitors and is related to a Kensington docking station. Now it has been over 2 months with no external monitors for this issue and no fix available. We will, however, update you as soon as we have further information to share.
Apple will tell you that it is the manufacturer’s responsibility to find a fix. It appears Apple is trying to shift the blame.
Not very professional at all, this is getting Windows-is and even Microsoft improved a lot I originally went gang-busters to get the update installed on my MacBook Air.
This is the last straw for me.
I guess that I would call that a pass on creating a solution to a problem that they created. I might add that I gave Kensington an ear full too.
